PLEASE NOTE: If you receive this error "You cannot continue with your merchant application at this time. One or more of the following reasons may apply:" anywhere during this online application, please change the following setting in your web browser.
1.) Click Tools, then Internet Options.
2.) In the popup window select the Privacy tab.
3.) Move the slider bar all the way to the bottom to Accept All Cookies and click the OK button at the bottom of the popup window.
4.) Next, close ALL open browser windows and return to this page and this online application should now work for you.
5.) Once you complete the online application repeat steps 1-3 and set the slider bar back to where it was.
